Hammer 30 Day Rotation

I completed the entire 60 days of H&C. I am going to Vegas in a couple weeks so thought I would do just the 30 day Hammer portion. I feel like I am chiseled enough and want to increase muscle mass. I got to week 2 and then started questioning the rotation. I feel like there are no rest days for muscle recovery. I know there have been other threads commenting on this but I couldn't find any with the reasoning behind it. I've always trusted BB, but I would like to know if there is a reason. I asked my coach and she said to listen to my body. The day I do a workout I sometimes can't lift my arms to wash my hair, but can do the next day no problem. I just don't want to create and injury but I want the results.

Any thoughts? Or has anyone followed the rotation and had good results?

Nope, I didn't follow the rotation -- but I did do Hammer & Chisel exclusively for almost 60 days, just picking whichever workout appealed to me, and I did get results. Mostly my arms became much more defined. I honestly have no clue what they were thinking with the sequence of the workouts in the H&C rotation and the Hammer rotation. I thought it was overkill and would work just as well putting a rest day in there when needed.

I know that's not what you were trying to figure out, kt, but it's all I got!
