Sorry you're going through this. When I'm feeling low I like instructors that are cheerful and funny. The Cardio section of Gilad's 45/45 Interval workout is good with a funny mishap in the middle. I also like his corny humour in his Step Workout.

I also love Cathe's Cardio Hits step workouts, and her Intensity and Body Blast Series because she and the background exercisers seem to be enjoying themselves like a group of friends.

Patrick Goudeau is my all-time favorite for goofy and fun. His Hard Work Conditioning workouts, Body Design, and even Dumb Training are great functional workouts. His step and cardio dance workouts are too complex for me in the choreography dept. If Cathe or Patrick workouts are a little advanced for my fitness on the day, I just modify down enough so I can really join them in having fun.

ETA: Cathe's Cardio Hits is more complex than her Cardio Classics DVD. The Classics DVD has the same fun vibe but she breaks down the moves a lot more and the choreography is simpler.

So sorry you are struggling with this! I love Jessica's new walk DVDs - they are filmed outside and the setting is just lovely - Walk On: 21 Day Weight Loss Plan (3 30 minute walks and 1 15 minute walk and stretch combo) - and Walk On: 15-Minute Fast Fat Blasts - 4 15 minute walks. These are so good!

Some of Jessica's Fit in 15 Series on Youtube are also filmed outdoors, poolside and are lovely short workouts. I especially love her Chair Yoga - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKsVaPlH0bg.

HTH,

Carol

Thanks everyone! Great suggestions. For a week I've been doing more cardio (mainly Leslie) and I do feel better, although I still have some dips. But I will get out my Jessica's and Cathe's for variety- I love all those just mentioned in the last two posts.

(I love outdoor workouts, too!)

Thanks again and thanks for the kind thoughts- it is very appreciated. Hope everyone else is doing a bit better- the slightly brighter weather is helping, i find.
