Linda, interesting that in that last category (i.e., mixing moderate and vigorous aerobic activity), they don't say how much, they just say "equivalent amounts"--I wonder why, since they gave total amounts for the first 2 categories?

Beth - I'm not an expert but if you go back to the top where it explains time, throw in what it says about 1 minute of vigorous activity is worth 2 minutes of moderate, then you can figure out how much to do that way.
