I have been doing pilates for almoost a year. It is great for flexability and tight joints. Plus it builds core strength. I enjoy it very much. My favorites our ana cabans tapes available at http://www.gaiam.com I rccomend starting with her basic beginner living arts tape and the book pilates body by brook silar. good luck carrie |
