I feel the same way. The same w/u (& c/d) in any workout is not a big deal to me, and so long as they feel sufficient to me, and the workouts are good. I didn't feel that the HIIT or Fire warm-ups were too short, they seem fast though (well, I seem to need a longer workout for an early morning workout vs. later on in the day, I don't do TF workouts in the early morning). I guess I'm used to the same warm-ups, most of the BB programs use the same w/u & c/d, and some other programs do the same (like STS resistance).

The warm ups are just like the TJ warm ups too. But I actually like that they are all the same. There is something about starting the same way that mentally clicks with me and gets me ready to work out.
