not sure cuz never weighed them LOL
I would guess somewhere between a pound and a 1 1/2 pounds?
I go more for the smooth flow than the actual weight.

Bodyblades and similar have the action I like working the joints in all directions but the sliding filler weights have a different range of motion with more variety of moves.

Barb S
who has pretty much given up weights without a sliding filler

ETA: ProJoyFitstix is supposed to weigh around 14 ounces

They had me use a body blade at physical therapy for my hip and knee to strengthen my core. I hated it. I could do the motion ok if I held it horizontal and shook it up and down. But they insisted I hold it vertical and shake it sideways for 2 minutes. I tried to tell them that I did not feel a think in my core-I felt it ALL in my neck and shoulders. (I already have neck problems, so I really didn't like that) Glad I am done with the therapy.
