I just got these. I only did the intermediate and advanced workouts. The jives are indeed the best parts. Lots of kicks and twists.

I thought the repetitions were nothing compared to those you find in Core Rhythms (which I did like, also -- I'm easy! ). And I got a slightly more intense workout than with the Dance Off the Inches or Prevention or latest Crunch dance workouts. I like the instrumental music, it's quite lively. The male lead was fun to watch And the instructor is very elegant, good cuer, seems to be having fun.

The intermediate salsa was the least interesting of the lot; lots of cha cha chas done at varying angles.

Can anyone tell me if the parts are left-right balanced? If not, do you end up learning the gentleman's part (lead) or the lady's part (follow)? TIA!

KickDancer, yes, she does the right side first of a block, then the left side. But, she does not mirror image.

Thanks so much, Tara! So I guess everyone does both the lead and the follow. I'm not that surprised they didn't mirror-cue because that can be really confusing for someone who teaches and performs a lot of ballroom dance! But they could have mirror-imaged the video to make it easier for the viewer to follow along.

I wonder if they'll ever put the 3 workouts together on a single DVD?

Thumbs down No money orders accepted :(

Just received a note back from customer service
at Dancing like the pros. They do not accept mail in orders.

Only credit cards..................................

(We've been victims of credit card fraud, so
for us using cc is out-we don't have any)

Too bad, would have loved these dvds.

That's too bad, jahra.
Isn't there some sort of temporary credit card thing, where you use a card once to buy something, then never again? I vaguely remember hearing people say they did this when buying from companies they weren't too trusting of, like Beachbody.

Thanks Acey! If anyone has used a one time credit card
could you please let us know where you bought one
and any info about it.

Acey, we signed up for a major national newspaper subscription only.
Next thing you know our card was being charged for AOL, we never ordered.
It was a mess to straighten out. Thankfully not a large amount,
but it made us realize anyone can add things to your card with
your permission or knowledge. We caught up to it on our monthly
credit card bill. The newspaper customer service finally admitted
many customers were having the same problem.
