Hoping to ship replacements next week - and having some customers review discs
Well that's interesting. They actually sent check discs to some of their customers for review - that's good business.
I think it's a tad bit optimistic for them to expect to ship replacements out next week but at least they're on track. Sounds like they haven't worked out all the bugs though, with Drill Max still presenting issues...

I think Drill Max is the norm layer change. At least that's how I read it.
I personally am impressed with how SNM is handling this issue, right down to the prepaid return envelopes.
