Fave Ab Workout from Cathe's new DVDs

I have barely even opened my new Cathe's due to injury and not wanting to tempt myself. However, I can't stand it anymore. I was going to do some core work tonight. I just don't know which to do. Do you guys have favorite core work from her new set of DVDs? I was thinking of doing something from the B&G workout. Any suggestions?

TIA,

Karin

I like the B&G non bonus abs best.

The LIC abs section where you barely lift your legs off the ground was absolutely brutal to me. I had abdominal DOMS which hardly ever happens. Warning though, be careful if you have a bad back.

Having done the ab work in BM2, LIC, and both ab workouts in B&G, I love them all! That's one thing about this series that really shines are the ab workouts. I couldn't possibly choose. Although, I will say that the bonus workout with the ball is favored - only because it involves a toy. And it is different enough from other ball workouts I have.

I love them all as well. The bonus B&G ab work on the ball is great. It's got a lot of new moves that I haven't done before (i.e., torso rotations, oblique work with the band, v-sits, ball in between legs and lower legs side to side while leaving shoulders and hips on the floor). I also like the Body Max 2 abs which has the one arm planks with the balance move (leg up in air, tough!)and the regular ab work in B&G. LIC also has some good moves like the banana hold.

Oh, without a doubt, the B&G non-bonus abs. They fried me so much that I was feeling it two days later. I just did them again this morning because I had to. They are tough, but not horrible - just a good workout.

Another vote for the bonus ball abs sections from B & G as I have never had major DOMS in my abs for 3 days before like this workout delivered!
