I luuuuv this one. I have the chaptered version of the Strength & Energy DVD so I can get to this easily.

The second "Strength" workout on the same DVD is also quite nice. It's about 25 min. of mostly balancing poses -- standing balances & arm balances, but not very hard.

VFFers don't talk about Yee's "Power Yoga Total Body" very much, but that one just makes me feel grrrrrrreat every time I do it.

Laura, is that power yoga total body the same as teh 3 separate power yogas he did? I get confused with all the renaming gaiam does. I have 3 videos called power yoga: stamina, flexibility, energy and one that says power yoga seems like. they're all pretty nice but I just hate that gaiam said they were 'beginner' because the only on do-able as a beginner for me was am yoga! I like them better now though.

Power Kicks

I have to say even though I don't pull it out every week or anything, Power Kicks is a great workout! It always suprises me what a great workout I end up getting from it, and I just try to not look at the background exercisers, who are pretty cheesy. But wow, lots of drill work and straight kickboxing stuff. This is one I would've never have known about if not for VF. Lisa
Edited to add: this is great if you're looking for low impact as well, but hard to find

Lees, I tried Power Kicks from my library awhile back; I agree, it's a very good kb workout, just was a bit too dry for me.

Btw, I have the Yee Yoga for Strength/Energy DVD, and I love it, although I use the strength sessions much more often than the energy ones.
