Thank you for all the info.

I usually just bounce to the beat of a golden oldie or two. I am hoping the videos have some 'moves' rather than just a bounce or jog. (although my mini trampoline is about 15 years old and since it lives outside usually back porch, it is rusty rusty and probally should be replaced, although the springs are still good! not bad for a $30 purchase!)

I bought a cheap rebounder at Walmart, just to see if I liked rebounding before spending more money on an expensive model. After a day or two, I caved and ordered an Urban Rebounder. I like the Walmart one, but I am a sucker for a brand name.

If your old one is still sturdy and safe, you might as well use it for a while, to see if you'll enjoy it before you invest in a new rebounder. I'd probably be less concerned about the rust than I would about the mat. Check it really carefully to make sure it's not fraying or rotting. I'd hate to see you get hurt on it!

www.bouncewell claims to have EVERY rebounding video ever made. I say "claims to have" only because I don't know if they have the one by BBF or if Joanie Greggains vid has come out yet.

Now there's a name I haven't heard in YEARS... How old is she? I remember she was one of the first to make workout RECORDS... (some of the younger people here will not recognize the reference, but they were 33.3 rpm black cylinder pieces of plastic that you would turn with a needle on and sound would come off filled with pops and scratches and such )

I couldn't resist googling her. This is what I found. She looks very similar to the way I remember her, maybe even a bit leaner. I used to watch Morning Stretch all the time when I was in junior high school. I aspired (and still aspire) to look like her.
