Hi Pam!
I'm glad this rotation will be helpful to you!! If you check Collage, Juliane has two previous videos that are only available on VHS. I can't offer any input, as I don't have them - and have been trying to trade for them FOREVER with no luck. She also choreographed the new Crunch: Fat Burning Dance Party, but she's not in it, and the workout lacks the 'magic' of QF: Hip Hop, in my opinion. Party on!

Reviving old thread!
Yes, I'm aware this is an old thread.
'Sparking' was big on this forum a number of years ago, and judging by the number of 10-Minute Solutions out there, it must still have some supporters. As I mentioned on another thread, I've been enjoying 10-15 min workouts squeezed in before lunch, usually cardio (with or without light weights). Now I realize one can pretty much use any DVDs and just stop at the 10-minute mark, but I'm anal enough to enjoy the satisfaction of doing complete mini workouts. Here are some of my current favorites, and please list yours! They don't have to be killer-intense, just lively (don't want to return to work too sweaty ): 10 Minute Solution Ultimate Boot Camp 10 Minute Solution Rapid Results Fat Burner ( it already) 10 Minute Solution Knockout Body! 10 Minute Solution Kettlebell Ultimate Fat Burner 10 Minute Solution Dance Off Belly Fat 10 Minute Solution 5-Day Get Fit Mix 10 Minute Solution 10 Minute Solution Exercise TV Ultimate Body Complete Cardio (10-min Full Body Cardio Burn) Quick Fix Cardio Kick Firm Slim Without the Gym (jumprope section) Firm Calorie Explosion (well, I'll try it tomorrow ) Leslie Sansone - any quick mile! Although I'm currently doing cardio sparks, I know there are LOTS of good 10-min strength routines (Core Fusion, etc). Any other good suggestions?

Of course, as you mentioned you can just stop at any 10 minute mark (Anni's Forces are really good for this). Some dvds are chaptered great for this style and I use vhs easily this way, just stopping and starting at whatever part feels like a good starting and stopping point. Often I have put not so agreeable dvds onto vhs and use the dubbed vhs!
Just yesterday I found the first chapter on Amy Dixon's Give Me 10 dvd, a perfect cardio spark. Barb S who currently is revisiting many TaeBo and walking vhs as sparks

Ooh yeah, forgot about Anni Mairs, and thanks for suggesting Amy Dixon, Barb!
And funny, I've been revisiting my old Tae Bos as well.

There are 2 10-min. workouts on Petra Kolber's Cardio for Beginners (as well as 2 20-min. workouts). One is athletic style and one is a bit dancier.
