Wink Cheesy but good?

I have a British video called "Cardio Funk" (by Mr. Motivator). It's pretty cheesy (lots of pink spandex, very late 80's/early 90's), but it's a very good workout (intense and low impact), so I don't think I will ever get rid of it.

Do you have any cheesy but very good workout?

All my Esquire-Great Body workouts.

I love every one of them.

My favorite is Figuretics, which is kinda, sorta like Callanetics.

Karen

oh, and my Cherfitness(the step one) video. Still one of my favorites. I bought a copy for my sister when it first came out. She still, to this day, does it on a regular basis.

First buns of steel tape. Lots of pink spandex, too, big beards and hair scarves for men, big hair and hair scarves for women, too, silly comments from the instructor but very motivating mood and very effective moves for hips and thighs. I got it in a trade and will keep it.

Another vote for the original Buns of Steel, with the disturbing Greg Smithey. I haven't done it in years, but I'll never part with one of my first loves.

Ooh, I got good cheese. Truthfully, I probably haven't done them in abt 2 yrs, but I used to love Molly Fox's Get Fit to the Hits to different decades series - 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s. The exercisers' outfits matched the decades' fashions...can you say emmentaler ? LOL But where else can you aerobicize to Steely Dan!

I love the 50's tape! I ended up dubbing it onto a new tape because my orignal was wearing out. To this day, hearing any of those songs makes me want to workout

Richard Simmon's Disco Fever is one DVD I sworn I will NEVER do in front of another living being. I don't know if it is officially "cheesy", but I sure think it is. But, I love doing it on days I don't like exercising, too.

I agree with Cherfitness, the step one with Keli Roberts. **Born to be wiiiiiild!** Cher actually wears what looks like a black lace teddy and fishnet stockings to work out! I love the music, and it's a pretty good, low impact, zone-out-day kind of workout.

Of course, some of early FIRMs are just dripping Velveeta ("innn, ouut, innn, ouut," moan...pant...). They crack me up.

Is that the one where he says that leg lifts will "squeeze out those cheeseburgers?"

Because that's my all time favorite.
