I've been using some high impact Firm tapes w/the Rebounder.

It's worked out very well, especially with Super Cardio. I never thought that I would be able to do this tape again, and now I just hop on my "bouncy" when the high impact comes on (which is a LOT).

I've also used TAM (Tough Aerobic Mix) w/the Rebounder. Make it much more enjoyable.

I tried Cardio Burn as well, but even the Rebounder couldn't save this tape for me. The instructor (Tamela "this is fun!" Hastie) is not my cup of tea.

Quick Correction

Although they are listed at the CK Sales Website, they NO LONGER CARRY THEM.

How do I know this? Why when I called to order the others about 3 weeks ago, I ASKED! (I really wanted them....) boo-hiss. They said they appreciate me telling them, cuz sometimes their website is not quite up to date. BUMMER, isn't it?

Wink Felicia made me buy it

I'm previewing Plyorobics Challenge right now, and you are so right--it was made for a rebounder. My potential trade offerings are pretty weak right now, so I paid real money for it, but I'm glad I did. Thanks for sharing!!

Only returning the "Favor" Martha

Due to your earlier posts, I bought my rebounder in the first place and I am so happy I did. Did you happen to get Plyokick? I really itching to get that one.

Wink Vidiots helping vidiots: Sooo sweet!

We take such good care of each other! No Plyokick for me. Don't tell anyone, but I'm just not a kickboxing fan. But I'm a true vidiot, because I read all the threads anyway!

OK I am not a fan of hers and much prefer TaeBo but on the rebounder her second segmet drills worked beautifully!

Hi

You all inspired me to get a mini-trampoline. And you're right - it is fun. (I didn't get the expensive model...yet.)

I have to ask, though. Can you really do Cathe's power scissors on it? I'm visualizing this & picturing a&#% over teakettles, quite frankly!

Also, for Leslie's hamstring kickbacks & side steps, are you hopping, or simply doing the step straight on the rebounder?

I did her little 1 mi WAP last night & worked up a nice sweat in what it is, 20 minutes? It was fun!

I do it both ways and alternate depending on how my heartrate is doing. Sometimes I do alittle bounce without really leaving the mat with the standing leg when doing the hamstrings or stomp the second leg downwards when doing a side step too. It's fun trying different variations and using muscles differently

Barb
who thinks Leslie Sansone should make a rebounding video
