Here's some that I have subscribed to, although I confess I haven't checked them out in a while for various reasons :
This is a good walking channel: https://www.youtube.com/@Moore2Health This woman's focus is mostly prenatal and postnatal, but I subscribed because she has some shorter workouts that are gentle on the joints, etc., and lots of core work that I liked. I used her channel mostly during my ankle recovery: https://www.youtube.com/@MOVEfitnesswellnesslifestyle Curtis Adams--I was using his workouts while recovering from my broken ankle: https://www.youtube.com/@VitalityFL Kai Simon has some good physical therapy-type stuff, although she doesn't claim to be a physical therapist. (She's a person trainer.) Still I like her videos and, from what I know about p.t., she is pretty accurate: https://www.youtube.com/@kaisimonfitness/featured There might be others on my subscription list that I missed because I don't know how they identify.
