Vegan meal delivery service

I have not tried this, but an ad for it came up on you tube. I think someone was looking for one.

Here is a review:

This is a vegan raw food delivery service that I wish I could afford

Rawvolution

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we win the lottery

This is the only one I could find that fit my criteria for low sodium (under 500mg) and WFPB. Is recommended by Dr Greger of How Not To Die and you can request zero salt for the savory meals.

I bought his cookbook. I need to start using it

Have you watched the you tube channel "Well Your World?" They have a lot of really simple recipes that fit this way of eating. It is a couple with an adorable toddler. They are very laid back and relateable.

I also like the channel "Whole Food Mama" .

Another good channel is "Let's Eat Plants."

I am not vegan, but I am trying to eat more plant based.

Haven't seen or heard of any of those. Will check them out though, thanks, can always use more recipes & ideas.
For myself & DH we follow 80-90% Nutritarian/GBOMBS.
But I've been batch cooking for my mom who has specific needs and making salt free soups, sandwiches, salads, casseroles, etc for her for 2-3 weeks at a time that can be frozen & reheated easily has been a bit much on me. Leafside will help cut my load and I can use them for travel or lazy days too.

Have you looked at MamaSezz.com? They have a salt free option and are WFPB.

Another WFPB channel I like is the Jaroudi family. The host is a really sweet young woman. She is also a home exerciser.
