I would appreciate suggestions for streaming services or YouTube channels with walking workouts. Thanks in advance.

Hi!

Leslie does have a paid site - Walk At Home, I believe, but from what I understand there isn't anything new by Leslie there, but new instructors. But, she doe have some on You Tube - also Walk at Home.

These are all what comes to mind from You Tube:

Jessica Smith has walking workouts on her You Tube channel - including her 1 mile walk & talk series which is a great place to get started, or just to get extra steps in on days when you can't get outside.

Senior Shape by Lauren has some walking workouts.

Lively Ladies also has some walking workouts.

Gina B - dance/walks

Improved Health

Reps to the Rhythm

Also, Silver & Fit is not a bad place to look - no walking per se but they do have a variety of low impact cardio workouts to look into.

Hope this helps!

I agree, she has some great Pilates content.

Right now she is doing a free January challenge on You Tube.

Thank you everyone for your input. I will forward on to my friend, Before I got a response I texted her links to WOW- both the you tube and the paid site which offers a free trial. I was also thinking of Caroline Jordan-she has a diabetes series. I haven't previewed those yet but those might work as well.
