Anyone try Gin Miller 100 Rep Workout?

has anyone tried this and have an opinion on it?

i noticed she has a youtube video with the same title that appears to be full-length - is this the same footage?

edited to add:
it appears that Gin has uploaded many of her workouts in full under "Gin Miller Productions' and it says "for instructors only" but i'm able to view them.
