I hope the OP gets this sorted out because that's just ridiculous your cc company won't work this out on your behalf.
I just want to pipe up and note a weird Cathe shipment that occurred with me.
My black Friday order delivered to me with the wrong name (Lisa) and only my phone number, no address on the outside of the box. On the SAME day I received an additional box with my name and correct address. It was a huge box....I have to admit I got excited that my DH surprised me with DVDs ( I was wrong of course

)
So when I opened this correctly addressed box, the packing slip was for someone else in another state and completely different order...(still no Lisa though.)
Anyway I contacted Cathe customer service to let them know and to send me a return label so I could return the incorrect shipment. The first response they had was whether I got my order?? I found that so odd because there's a tracking number. So they should know...unless they realized they didn't address mine properly.
Anyway, I think the second box somehow managed to get my correct small box to me..at least that's my theory.
Cathe did get that second box back and they let me know. But I couldn't help thinking that poor person could have had the hardest time convincing Cathe/their cc that they never got their order because it would show delivered.
