Well, the trader could be out of town. It is that time of year. Of course, if you find out the trader kept both packages, then PM me too.

My experiences with Cathe's customer service have been poor in general. The replies I've received when there are issues have been rude and discourteous. There was a guy named "Chris" working for her CS who was a real ass.

I haven't ordered from her site in years. If I want one of her workouts, I order via Mary or Amazon.

I hope the OP gets this sorted out because that's just ridiculous your cc company won't work this out on your behalf.
I just want to pipe up and note a weird Cathe shipment that occurred with me.
My black Friday order delivered to me with the wrong name (Lisa) and only my phone number, no address on the outside of the box. On the SAME day I received an additional box with my name and correct address. It was a huge box....I have to admit I got excited that my DH surprised me with DVDs ( I was wrong of course )
So when I opened this correctly addressed box, the packing slip was for someone else in another state and completely different order...(still no Lisa though.)

Anyway I contacted Cathe customer service to let them know and to send me a return label so I could return the incorrect shipment. The first response they had was whether I got my order?? I found that so odd because there's a tracking number. So they should know...unless they realized they didn't address mine properly.

Anyway, I think the second box somehow managed to get my correct small box to me..at least that's my theory.

Cathe did get that second box back and they let me know. But I couldn't help thinking that poor person could have had the hardest time convincing Cathe/their cc that they never got their order because it would show delivered.

My tradee is wonderful!!! She alerted me of the problem right away and agreed to do what I wanted. I was so steaming mad at Cathe's CS rude treatment and website issues that caused it that I called my cc company. I thought maybe the holiday was causing the delay and I just called the other day to find out what was going on.

I didn't know that you could take an unopened package back to the post office for return! I wish I had know that earlier.

I learned a lesson. I'm going to be a lot more careful about online ordering from now on. There should be something illegal about software completing your order, but how could you even prove it?

My credit card company has already issued the refund credits on my balance.
The packages are taking their sweet time returning to ROKU in CA even though immediately refused on 11/29 and 11/30. One at least is still in NJ today! They shared the same tracking number which is the sender's problem, not mine.

It was definitely a software error on ROKU's system that caused the double order. I still have an email claiming my cart was not emptied which caused my duplicate order. Their customer support is nonexistent. I tried by email and phone calls to cancel the orders well before they were shipped and was told to just refuse the deliveries. So ROKU will be paying shipping both ways on both packages and lost the sale of one which I would have kept if they were not so inept. I am not even using the ROKU Express I bought from amazon much because my enthusiasm for their product has waned.

It amazes me that a company which has been around for so long in spite of competition would have such terrible customer support.
