Tim McGraw Grit & Grace or other books

Has anyone read this book by Tim McGraw? I am looking for some motivation or a little push in the d**t and fitness area. Or do you have any other recommendations?

I am holding it in my hands right now! Just got it from the library today (had it on hold). It's great so far! I like his DIY, intuitive approach and his honesty.

I am listing to McGraw's book on audible. The first chapter was annoying... not the writing but the person reading the book. I've grown used to his phrasing now, so it's not so bad (or maybe he got used to reading out loud?). The book is good and with audible you get the download of exercise routines, etc.

Yes Atomic Habits is excellent. I have a hard copy and the audible copy. James reads it on Audible and it makes it that much more enjoyable to listen to in the car.
