Kathy smith customer svc unresponsive

Well on 11/11/19 I decided to purchase the meal plan that had 12 meditations with it, and also the strength program, just to see what's what. Took my money for everything, but never sent me the link for the strength program. If I hear nothing tomorrow, and I've already sent 4 requests to C/S for the link, I will start proceedings w/ my credit union to dispute the charge and reverse it to get my money back. There is no excuse for this kind of delay and lack of service with a digital product.

I think there has been at least one issue in the past with not being able to get in contact with Kathy Smith's customer service (though it was for a missing calendar in the case below):

Is 24 hours a long time to wait for a link? I know I didn’t get links right away when I was waiting to get them from Denise Austin and Debbie Siebers, although I don’t remember how long it took. Could the fact that it was a holiday yesterday have anything to do with it?

I got the link within minutes for the meal plan and the 12 meditations. These ppl are doing business with digital products. They offered me the chance to upgrade my order with the strength pgm when I was checking out. If they can deliver the first part of my order within minutes the way all other vendors of digital products do, they can fulfill the upgrade part of the order within minutes. When you are in business and presenting yourself as a professional person/business/operation, you need to be able to do what you say you can do.

I must say, the best operation I've seen is Denise Austin's LifeFit 360. Seamless. She's doing it right! Absolutely no pain in the ass moments like Margaret Richard or Kathy Smith.

No contact form -- lol

I got onto the Kathy Smith website this a.m. to call them and of course it was only any answering machine. However, the funny part is that the printed message for contact which includes if somebody wants to hire Kathy for speaking or do any sort of business to business venture, the printed message instructs ppl to fill out the contact form below -- and there's only a blank area of the page, absolutely no contact form!

Is Kathy Smith still alive? Is the website being run by robots? Who knows?

Well, today I finally got an answer from Paige at kathysmith.com. Apparently this Strong Women Stay Young is not digital access, it's the bundle name they have given 3 dvds, Lift Weights to Lose Weight vol 1, Lift Weights to Lose Weight 2, and Staying Strong.

Then later in the day I got notification these were being shipped from Pompton Plains NJ which is the same city and state Collage Video ships from. So I am thinking Kathy Smith must have an arrangement w/ Collage where you can only get the special discount bundle price through Kathy Smith but Collage ships the dvds.

It would have been nice if there had been some indication that these were physical dvds coming through the mail, instead of a downloadable digital product. Good grief, all this confusion and poor communication.
