Fun thread! Years ago, I did Firm Super Body Sculpt a lot, and I used to rotate the workouts from BSS1- TransFirmer series quite a bit. When we traveled a lot I used Leslie's walking workouts on almost a daily basis. Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan was and still is a favorite. I also used my Powerfit workouts a lot, and Slim Series Keep it Up. Those are very travel friendly workout. These days I am doing a lot of streaming. SBF, and TBL, are my current favorites.

  • Jari Love workouts - Her early four. They all blend together, so I can't think of which one I've done hundreds of times, but between the four I know I've done them hundreds of times

Those are the only two I can think of, out of my vast collection, that I've done hundreds of times. Still not sick of them

Callanetics, done well over a 1,000 times and Super Callanetics done well over a 100 times.

Both classics and keepers for me .

I am embarrassed to say how many times I have used Leslie Sansone Walk Blasters DVD. I try to do something every weekday morning as a "step getter" and I can almost do this one in my sleep.

I don't know if I've done anything literally hundreds of times, but when I first started using videos, I had a very small collection and did the same ones over and over until I came here

Yoga Zone Yoga Conditioning for Beginners
