Question Are there any videos that you have done hundreds of times?

There are a few videos that I have done hundreds of times.

The Number One is Slim In 6: Slim & Limber. It is a 14-minute all around great stretching workout. It is a perfect add-on. I never get sick of this one.

Next is Margaret Richard's Getting Better. I have lost count of how many times I've done this. I've taken it on vacations. It fits the bill for lazy days (I go really light) or, If I have an injury, it is so easy to adapt it to my needs. The upper and lower are separate, so I can split if I want. To be honest, I am sick of this one. But, I still reach for it often as there is nothing else in my vast collection quite like it.

Third, is Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds: 2 Miles. I don't know exactly why. It just seems like the right amount of work some days.

Have you any workouts you've done hundreds of times?

I too have done the Walk Away the Pound 2 mile tons of times. Its just a perfect length sometimes.

Firm Vo 1. I've been doing it since 1993, when I was FINALLY able to buy it, and I did it once a week for 6 months of 1993. And I still get it out and do it at least once a year cause I love it, and it brings back such great memories.

I probably did "Getting Better" 100 times...years ago. Ditto Firm Volumes 2 and 6.

Stretch and Strength in Motion, 7 Minutes of Magic, several of my favorite CS episodes I'm sure I've done 100 times as well.

Me, too, I used to really do this one every day. I recently got it on dvd, and have used it several times since.

Also in the several hundred club for me: 7 Minutes of Magic, PM extended version, and Beauty to the Bone Upper Body. Lots of Leslie, but not sure any one of them has made it to 100.

Wow... where to start?! Mainly titles by The FIRM Anna Benson Era. I also started back in the 80's using the FIRM, so I've had a lot of years to them so many times, I've lost track.

Classics 1 thru 6
MBS
Fat Blaster
Super Cardio
Tortoise & Hare
So many titles from the Parts/Compilation Series.

I'm sure there's more, but these were the first to come to mind. And I'm still using them.
