I'm not dead set on the time limit, so am definitely open to those suggestions as well, especially if they hit everything and give results

If your schedule allows for longer workouts, my favorite Cathe total body workouts are STS Total Body, Maximum Intensity Strength and Pyramid Total Body. STS is just about 60 minutes, but it fries my lower body in a good way. It's all strength but I get a decent cardio effect as well, which is good for fat burning. I have Muscle Max as well and I know some love it, but I never did. For some reason it seems endless and boring to me. There is a great time saver premix on the disc that I like, though.

Cathes metabolic total body is my absolute favorite. KCM strength and stamina and her LIFT DVD. There are so many tho, but those are the ones that immediately come to mind.

Looks like I'm going to be rotating Cathe, KCM and Beachbody, haha!! Good thing I have most KCM DVDs, Cathe On Demand, and Beachbody on Demand

So far I'm thinking of starting with P90 for a few weeks, then maybe CLX, going on to KCM, then working up to Cathe (at least that way I can subscribe to Cathe in a block of time when I'll be using it and cancel when I'm not). But of course, all vidiot plans are subject to change

I really like her original 30 MTF Weights, Muscle Definition, Your Best Body, New You Coming (NYC), Pump like Char said, and lots of others. With Kelly and her great premixes, even if she has cardio mixed with strength in the original two workouts, she probably has a premix with just strength.

Body Beast Total Body is another good one, and I just remembered about Met-Rx Phase 1 total body workouts.

I like Les Mills Pump and Burn. It is just 30 minutes and the music is awesome.
