I just got this Kelly and did it today. I love it! Thank you for this suggestion. I would have never considered this one because I don't have any exercise equipment.

Leslie's Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles has 5 boosted walking segments at 2 minutes each. It's definitely one of her more challenging workouts that I've found!

You can sub whatever cardio you want. I've made up my own boxing / kickboxing / mini step / walking-jogging / floor cardio workouts. Very flexible. Enjoy!!!

I think I have this one, too. I need to go shopping in my backup stash of workouts.

My brain is weird. I have to be doing something similar to the people on the screen. I can't just come up with a routine on my own. But walking and jogging in place is similar so it works for me. Isn't it funny how we are all different like that?

I did the main workout for the first time this morning and it worked perfectly on my bungee with light dumb bells that have handles.
Excellent AWT.
Time flew.
Best part is no joints are whining
but my muscles feel like mush LOL

The eye candy reminds me of a previous Big Brother house guest so I may have liked it even more now than I would have 10 years ago!
