Me too! I'm pretty sure I could still name all the songs and do the choreography from Cher's tapes -- those outfits!

I lost 50 pounds when I was 21 years old with Cher's tapes! She was my gateway into Cathe, Kari Anderson, Charlene Prickett, and the Step Reebok tapes.

I remember wearing a leotard with some sort of thong that went over it, and scrungi's for my ponytail. I did all of these in my parent's living room and never picked up a weight until I found the Firm. Those were the days!

When I hear those songs I still feel like I should be working out!! I actually have picked up the workouts when I've seen them so I have a couple backups.

I liked the step workout better than the floor one, but I did them both quite a bit. I still have them on VHS. I loved Cher's comments. She always made me laugh when she said "oh, I love this song" and it was one of her songs! She was so deadpan when she said it.

LOL This was one of my favorite step workouts ever and I still have it. I'm a complete choreo klutz so this was a great fit and love Keli. I also enjoyed her Abs & More workout, which is similar to the abs part of the Cher tape but more intense.

I was 11 in 1991 so I didn't do this workout but I did do my mom's Jane Fonda workouts and Buns of Steel.

Why did no one use weights back then?

The Firm was using weights as early as 1986 - with Volume 1. Kathy Smith also used weights with her workouts as early as 1990.
