That plan sounds good wookimouse, I hope it will work all over again for you.

I just wanted to mention that the Edge Booty Extreme 2 set sounds a bit like that, only that it has you lifting 5 days a week: Butt - Upper - Legs - Upper - Butt (not sure if it is butt twice or legs, but you workout your lower body three times a week, the rotation also calls for 20 - 30 minutes of moderate cardio several times a week).

Wookie, would love to see what rotation you come up with!!

I had put together a list of short cardio burts to do on weight training days. I was doing the Timesaver premixes from Gym Styles and I'd tack on the cardio bursts. I have to dig that list out somewhere! Some I remember are the step section from the beginning of Athletic Training, the blast only premixes from IMax2 and I'm thinking maybe some of the Blizzard Blasts might work too.
