That plan sounds good wookimouse, I hope it will work all over again for you.
I just wanted to mention that the Edge Booty Extreme 2 set sounds a bit like that, only that it has you lifting 5 days a week: Butt - Upper - Legs - Upper - Butt (not sure if it is butt twice or legs, but you workout your lower body three times a week, the rotation also calls for 20 - 30 minutes of moderate cardio several times a week).
