Over 50? Are you ordering intermediate Cathe?
Anyone else who did Classic Cathe step workouts on VHS? How about her heavy weight tapes? I am going to pre-order tomorrow as I am hoping Cathe has designed these for those of us who started with her, and grown older with her! A set of boomer workouts, perhaps, lol?

I'm 65 and ordered the first day. And, yes, I did her step and weights workouts when they were on vhs. I think you'll find lots of people here who did.

I'm 55 and I ordered last week. I canceled the last pre-order due to the high impact. I also ordered the Ripped with HiiT - Lift It Hit It upper body workouts only - should be here today.

I'm early 30s and I ordered! I'm finding myself gravitating towards gentler/less intense and shorter workouts more and more.

I am still considering. I was with Cathe for years but gave her up 5 years ago for less intense workouts......more barre, Pilates, yoga and fusion.

I'm 58 and I've pre-ordered her latest. It will be the first series I've bought from her in a long time.

I just turned 50 this year and I preordered as soon as I heard about it. But I do love Cathe and I do cathe live workouts regularly (but I modify out the high impact of all her workouts and use lighter weights). I am very excited for this series!!!

I'm 50 and pre- ordered. My workout routine is a mix of all levels of difficulty and she's my most-used instructor. I'm happy that ICE is a step down in intensity from Ripped with Hiit. Me likey variety.

I'm 53 and pre-ordered. I think this series was put out in response to many of her fans that have been with her for years and want less intense workouts. I'm really looking forward to these!! And, yes, I did the Classic Cathe's on VHS.
