This thread is reminding me that when I tried to do just 10 min/day of rebounding, it really seemed to reduce my cellulite. I should do that again

although actually that cellulite never did come back as bad as it used to be! I also agree that's it's a great mood booster.
I don't think it burns as many calories as jogging outside. Then again, it depends what you do on the rebounder! It's one of those workouts that can be as hard or easy as you want.
