1. Squeeze (original)
2. Powerstrike (when Patricia was still part of the team)
3. Amy Bento's Advanced step 2
4. Buti Tone (any)
5. Taebo Advanced (either 1 or 2)

Honorable mention: Turbo Kick Best of 2.

These are not listed in any particular order but the original Firms are the ones I did most and could probably still do them in my sleep. Plus they were the only videos I had at that time.
