1. Cathe's Push-Pull (or Muscle Max - can't choose!)
2. STS
3. P90X (if I have to choose just one, PlyoX)
4. FIRM - vol. 2 (Tough Tape close behind)
5. Margaret Richard - current favorite Muscle and Grace

I have recently tried ART method, and love it. It will likely be on my list eventually.

Also, special mention to Gin Miller's Intense Moves. One of most-used workouts ever! Also the older AOS and Lauren Brooks workouts (not using KB for much other than swings these days, though).

I've probably used these tapes the most over the last 17 years (and still use them):

1. Firm Strength - my first FIRM purchase
2. Firm Cardio Sculpt (from BSS 1)
3. Cathe Pure Strength (I'm cheating a bit here, since I originally purchased the set on 3 videos, but now they are on a single DVD)
4. Gaiam's Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss
5. Tamilee's Stretch DVD - especially the 10 minute stretch portions

Favorite Rotation: Powerfit/PF Harmony is the only rotation I've ever been able to complete! So a special honorable mention goes to Stephanie!

Current Favorites:

1. Yoga Classes
2. Cathe's X-Train, especially strength tapes
3. Leslie's Ultimate 5 Day

I'll play:

1. Erich Schiffmann Backyard Beginner
2. Callanetics class (but I have to thank the Original 10-10 for getting me into it)
3. Barbara Benagh Yoga for Stress Relief
4. T-Tapp Senior Fit (but I have to thank MORE for keeping with T-Tapp)
5. Steady State cardio (walking outside/elliptical) while listening to Daft Punk (Daft Punk can do no wrong )

But most of all, I have to thank Kathy Smith for getting me into working out at home to videos.

Oooh, this is a hard one! My favorites come and go... but here are some that have stood the test of repeated usage:
  1. Crunch: Joy of Yoga (Sara Ivanhoe)
  2. Bar Method - Change Your Body
  3. Buns of Steel (original, Greg Smithey)
  4. Winsor Bun & Thigh Sculpting
  5. Powerfit Harmony set (this counts as 1, right?)

Runner Up: one of Jari's earlier workouts: Slim & Lean or original Get Ripped.
