Yes, yes, yes!!! Not a bunch of premixes that could be duplicated by going to the main menu and using a remote.

That said, am VERY excited for this set!!!!!

I hope so too, but I doubt it. I've been checking out the clips for streaming and those workouts don't seem to offer anything new, so I don't think these will either.

This set is exactly what I enjoy doing - short HiiT and heavy weights - yay!

The one that sounds the most interesting to me is the Hiit - Upper Body Circuit.

I noticed the rehearsal pics in the newsletter. One was Cathe doing a one arm row with a 45 pound db and the other was a tuck jump. I wonder if these are recent pics? I couldn't figure out who was behind her in the tuck jump pic. Lorraine maybe? Someone with short, dark hair.

That's an old pic. I believe it's from her STS rehearsals.

Umm..serious question here, no Cathe bashing intended (am a huge Cathe fan) but wasn't Xtrain a heavy weights series with a couple of hiit workouts (including a low impact one) and cardio leg blast?

Yeah, and veterinarian Barbie and astronaut Barbie were always just Barbie in a different package. But those cool little accessories kept us coming back

Hoping for slow and heavy wts pumping iron style
