I am excited for those of you who are excited.

I am not preordering (haven't preordered Cathe in a while). I have everything I think I could ever want from her. In reading the descriptions I'm either not in the market for it or I already have it from her (ie, heavy strength training such as Pure Strength or Slow & Heavy).

But, as always, I reserve judgment until I hear the bandwagon coming down the road.

I put all my Cathe dvds away yesterday. boxed them up and felt pretty down. like the end of an era. I just don't do those workouts anymore, and thought my niece might want them.
but- I have been thinking about it for a while. shelf is empty!
and not getting these, obviously

Yay! The board has been a bit quiet, so this will stir things up!

I told myself on the last preorder that I needed to stop preordering since I only regularly use about 1/2 of the last group. I have been doing a lot of HIIT/interval circuit workouts lately, so I'm at least tempted by those.

These are exactly what I was hoping she'd produce next. Particularly the lower body workouts (Cardio Leg Blast reprise!) and more low impact.
