So jealous! Since Monday is a holiday I should get them Tuesday. Please post your thoughts once you preview them.

Me too!

I did the first workout (HGI), and also the premix with weights only.

You have to be quick with this one, moving from cardio machine to weights. Not much time between. It helps if you can preview, just so you know what's coming up. Or, previewing the premix with dumbbells only.

I liked Home Gym Interval very much. Kelly's speed on the TM is 6.0, once she's spent some time warming up.

Again, it moves fast. Like she says, be familiar with your machines so you can pause, and jump right back on when you're done lifting. Sam waits for her machine to slow down first before moving to the other exercises, which is a safety precaution.

At first I was hitting the stop button on my TM, and which would take me a while to get back up to speed when I'd hit the start button again. Then, I started hitting my pause button instead. You all will get the hang of it once you do the workout a couple times.

And, it's fun! A new way to workout. Plus, some of the moves are kettlebell reminiscent. Hot potato.

I got mine, too (I only ordered Muscle Up)! DH brought it in while I was doing my morning workout...I should have waited for the mail to come so I could do it right away. I did do the bonus ab section and liked it a lot. I'll do the leg premix tomorrow.

I've previewed both workouts....both look awesome!! Love the premix selections and the ab segments on both have a few new moves (at least new to me). Now when my relatives leave, I can try these out
