Me too!
I did the first workout (HGI), and also the premix with weights only.
You have to be quick with this one, moving from cardio machine to weights. Not much time between. It helps if you can preview, just so you know what's coming up. Or, previewing the premix with dumbbells only.
I liked Home Gym Interval very much. Kelly's speed on the TM is 6.0, once she's spent some time warming up.
Again, it moves fast. Like she says, be familiar with your machines so you can pause, and jump right back on when you're done lifting. Sam waits for her machine to slow down first before moving to the other exercises, which is a safety precaution.
At first I was hitting the stop button on my TM, and which would take me a while to get back up to speed when I'd hit the start button again. Then, I started hitting my pause button instead. You all will get the hang of it once you do the workout a couple times.
And, it's fun! A new way to workout. Plus, some of the moves are kettlebell reminiscent. Hot potato.
