I've wondered for a few years if a high-intensity life plus high-intensity workouts was at the root of my fitness/weight being at an unacceptable levels. This year, I finally experimented with that. Meditation and yoga have replaced strenuous workouts. I still do strength (bodyweight) and I enjoy picking up a kettlebell. But my cardio is moderate walking, outdoor. I've lost 10+ pounds in a few months and my body feels better than it has in years.
