I have ordered from them before and there was always a padded envelope.
I would definitely call or e-mail and ask what the issue was and if this is what one can expect going forward. I would not be pleased.

I had previously ordered from her site. One of the two dvds I ordered was the wrong one, and when they sent me the correct dvd, they did it sans envelope...same as OP. It did arrive without any problems, but I was not pleased, either.

I haven't had a dvd arrive like that!
it does seem to be a trend with sellers and shippers, though  a box fan arrived with a shipping label just slapped on the box. At least they reinforced the tape keeping the box closed. uh oh I, um, ordered something from an, um, adult site. I REALLY REALLY hope they don't just stick a label on it oh boy
