New/Upcoming Release Bosu HIIT Extreme with Keli Roberts

Have you seen this on the Coming Soon page? I checked it out because I really like Keli. It's too advanced for me AND I don't have a Bosu.

I'd probably kill myself doing that move jumping onto the Bosu and over a stability ball. :eek I bet our advanced VFers might like this, though.

You could always use a step or even the floor for some moves. I wonder how she did the workout in those shoes? My experience with those kinds of shoes hasn't been good but I guess they work for her.

I wonder why the dvd is so expensive?

Good questions. Especially when it indicates you need to do your own w/u and c/d. I am impressed with Keli as I know she suffers from arthritis and can still do higher impact.

I love her haircut. LOL. My dh doesn't like it for me. I have really long hair...down to the lower back...he loves it that way

...still...really pretty on her.

I was excited to see a new Bosu workout on the market but not as excited to see the clip. It seems really tough and a lot of moves that don't look fun to me. Kind of reminds me of Mindy's Bosu workouts that can be dread inducing

However, Keli does look great!!
