It's one of the Focus series - so approx 30 minutes.

Michelle Dozois Body Fit 360. I've only done it once so It's a bit soon to call it a "favorite", but I enjoyed it and it felt like a very complete workout. It's quite advanced.

Horizontal Conditioning I have the 3 "Getting" DVDs (Started, Stronger and Rolling). They are short but tough. I also have Vol 1 but haven't even previewed it yet. I'm scared of 45 minutes with Sandra!

The original Insanity series for sure --- although it's cardio & bodyweight, so I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for.

There's also Ilaria's Atletica 4, but I'm not sure I could call it a "total" body weight workout. There is an emphasis on the upper body in that one with a couple of segments of burpees for the lower body. I still like it, though. It's only 30 minutes, so you could always combine with something else.

Bodyweight RX Workout with Helen Vanderburg is a 60 minutes bodyweight workout broken into three parts for upper body, lower body and core.

Bodystrikes comes to mind, at least that's what I want to do when I get around to working Ilaria into my rotation

There are 2 premixes that mix 6 exercises from workout one with 6 exercises from workout two. These give a nice whole body workout.

Great! I keep setting it aside because I was worried about getting full body benefits. Thanks!
