Wow! Love it!
But how about these gals too! - In 2012 Edith Wilma Connor, a 77-yr-old woman from Denver, Colorado, was declared the oldest competitive female bodybuilder by the Guinness Book of World Records. She entered her first competition on her 65th birthday and won first place at the Grand Masters in Las Vegas. And in White Plains, NY, 93-year-old Tao Porchon-Lynch has been recognized as the Oldest Living Yoga Teacher by Guinness World Records. I better start being more disciplined about doing yoga! http://www.people.com/people/article...595904,00.html |

Wendy Ida is 60 years old.
You may know her from Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds for Abs and Walk Away the Pounds Express series. She's beyond gorgeous!! This photo was taken when she was 56: |

Johanna Quaas, the 86 year-old German gymnast.
http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=...9QEwBg&dur=839 She looks like your typical grandma, with short white hair, but she does not move like one! |

Tao Porchon-Lynch is a fave for me, too! Not interested in becoming a vegetarian (as she is), but hope I can keep up the yoga as I age!
You can find all kinds of videos of her on YouTube if you search, but here is a short one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2MoztPyvgY and I actually have this as one of my favorites on my computer: http://vimeo.com/45140349 |
