I've hardly used any of the X-Train workouts yet. I MIGHT order the glute workout.

Darn it. Due to near constant illness this winter, I've only tried a couple of the XTrain videos, but these look good. I don't think I would ever do the step workouts, though.

I really want to know how long the workouts are before I pre-order! If most of them are under an hour, I will probably pass. For now I guess I will have to wait...

Pre-ordering Cathe's workouts are a no brainer for me. I am especially looking forward to the leg workouts. I think Cathe puts out the best leg workouts on DVD.

Really glad she's including a step workout. I have started doing step again the past couple of weeks and have been working my way thru all my Amy ASCs. Amy's my favorite for step but I do enjoy Cathe's stuff also. After not doing step for quite a while I am enjoying it.

I thought XTrain was a well put together program even if it wasn't as killer as some of her other stuff. It was a nice way to begin the New Year for me.
