Calendria - I honestly don't think I will use Bar Method Change Your Body or Accelerated Workout in the future so if you would like to have them, they are yours. Just send me your address through PM

I couldn't do the Daily Method even when I was consistently doing barre. It was very challenging for me. When I started with Bar Method, I was 40 pounds overweight and sedentary; it has easy to adapt (just not going as low, etc). But even after I'd lost a bit of weight, I still went back to it. I never did the older ones (Fat Free, Designer Sculpting). I started with CYB and Accelerated, which I think are similarly paced. I do say, if you don't mind a male instructor who's a tad flamboyant, try the Beginner's dvd with Joey Decker. It's short (under 40 min) and very similar to CYB but with great instruction (IMO).

You realise that most of the things we say on VF sound weird, don't you?

I'm planning on doing Dailey Now over the weekend - can't wait!
