Yes, some of the moves in the earlier part of the clips are the kind of thing you might do with a med ball, but doing them with a kettlebell would put a lot of strain on your wrists and shoulders. Kettlebells are meant to be used with control, but she looks like she's just flinging it around wildly.

And upright rows?

I just got Collage's catalog in the mail. This workout is a staff favorite.

I'm guessing she's using a 3-5lb kettlebell, cause the way she's swinging it makes it look super light..?

I thought the same thing. The bell looks very light. The workout also got pretty good reviews.

At TF it says workout 1 uses up to 8 pounds; workout 2 up to 5 pounds; workout 3 up to 12 pounds. So definitely a lighter KB workout.

Who on earth has a 5 pound kettlebell?

People would be far better off buying some decent-sized bells and learning how to execute real KB moves.

We do.
DH bought it for our (now) 6 year old to "practice" with.

I think it must be related to her adjustable Kettlebell she is using with the workout.

And, umm, I have a 5 pound kb. It came with the Firm workout I got years ago.
