Recs for standing light-day workout

I'm an advanced exerciser - cathe, amy bento, etc.

I'm looking for an all standing, light day workout. Something that can be done in a small space, no equipment, lots of variety, not frentic pace. I'm thinking something ellen, tracey mallet, kari anderson - center floor, etc. Any specfic ideas?

Besides those instructor options, there is Strength & Spirit by Anita Barbero. It has a yoga warm up and cool down. In between is a cardio section using light weights (is that considered equipment?) and a short strength section using weights.

Ellen. Slim and Skinny Sculpt both use light weights. I like all of them and probably Fat Burning Fusion is my long time favorite. None of her workouts use more than a mat and maybe the light weights. Plus you are barefoot which feels great.

These are my favorite Ellens and I pull them out for my "lighter" days.
I also reach for Do More Pilates Standing.

What you do think of Ellen's Barefoot Cardio/ Grace & Gusto / Power Fusion?
Which do you prefer - which has more of a cardio factor? Which is more challening?

If you are doing advanced I don't think you will be happy with an intermediate workout that can't be intensified, you might feel like you wasted your time.

No equipment and small space, for an advanced exerciser, I would pick Ilaria's Bodystrikes 1, or Ilaria's Powerstrike 4, 5, and 6, for cardio and toning. If it's just toning, I would pick a yoga workout (Eoin Finn is my favourite yoga instructor), or the Tracy Anderson Mat workout, or Tracy Effinger's Squeeze 30 Day Body Transformation (but some of the toning is not standing, and squeeze uses 2 lb. dumbbells).

Others maybe that might be good if not all standing:
Ballet Blast - Ballet Fitness by Jennee McCormick, 2012 (int-adv)
Kari Anderson Angles Lines And Curves 2 DVD, 2002 (int-adv)
Tracey Mallett Fitness Renew You Sleek And Lean, 2006 (int-adv)
Tracey Mallett 6 Minute Quick Blast Calorie Blast DVD, 2008 (int)

All three of these have a bit of a Cardio factor. Both Grace and Gusto and Power Fusion have very short mat sections at the end. Barefoot Cardio gets a bit repetitive with lots and lots of "happy feet", but I still enjoy it. Power Fusion has more of a "moving yoga type vibe" if that makes sense, as well as stretching the front body, and Grace and Gusto really focuses on the side body.
I say you can't go wrong with any of these!
