Thanks for reviving this thread! I feel the need to try the dry brushing.
Had C-Section 10 years ago and can't get rid of the skin below belly,

The T-tap dry brush set is pricey and not sure I want those supplements.

Does anyone have recs where to buy a natural dry brush? (and best way to brush)

Thanks

I'm glad this thread is revived. I'm going to try the coconut oil after dry skin brushing. I use coconut oil as a pre-conditioner for my hair. I put some on and leave it for 30 minutes. Then I shower, shampoo, and condition as usual.

Do you use regular coconut oil--like you use for cooking? Or a commercial moisturizer that has coconut oil in it?

Sorry for the double post, I wasn't able to multi-quote for some reason.

Regular coconut oil that you buy at a health food store. But I've also seen it at a grocery store. Here's a link and I do use the same brand for cooking too.

I had to post! I started reading this thread because it sounded interesting. But now the "never look down when doing plank!!" image is now burned in my mind! Thank you Mommyofjoeyp because I am still laughing.

I have the T-Tapp dry brush and it's SO hard and scratchy. I prefer to use a natural body brush I picked up from the pharmacy.
