Did Cathe ever say anything about whether there were going to be phases to this set's preorder? I don't remember that. I, like Caligurl, interpreted everything up to this point that "the" preorder was ending, not "this phase," especially with an estimated ship date at the end of this month. I don't think it's semantics ... that was real information many people could have used since there were a lot of questions here about when things ended.

I'm waiting for Mary and her 10 percent off and free shipping (and bonus points!). It is an interesting question, however, whether one can preorder during this phase if you previously cancelled.

Hi Rose,

I remembered this response which isn't new to me since I've pre-ordered before.
http://cathe.com/forum/f115/when-wil...le-end-283133/

They seem to word their announcements like this, the pre-sale price ends on this date and then they increase the price on the next tier. I've seen this wording on other pre-sales.

I can see the confusion on yesterday’s announcement but I don't see the problem as this extension works to their customers’ advantage. People who wanted individual workouts rather than the whole shebang still have options.

Thanks, Jordan. I missed that.

Cathe/SNM could have been more clear. I'm for hire if they need someone.

There is definitely an advantage to pre-ordering, and the earlier you pre-order, the better the deal. Whether or not people thought the pre-sale ended on August 17th (which was unclear), if they wanted a better deal, they knew the better deal would be to order by August 17th. The package is still being offered for sale, but it's more expensive.

I just can't see them turning down an order, whatever the price. They probably did that to discourage cancelling and then re-ordering, but when all is said and done, they should be glad to get as many orders as they can, even if they're re-orders.

Longer clips would have been nice. I will not pay her regular prices, her workouts just aren't worth that much too me. I didn't pre-order therefore I won't be getting these unless it is in a trade. I won't even know if I want them until some clips are up.

I can understand how someone could misinterpret the posting

This is referring to the current presale price(s).

The write up says that once the presale ends they will stop offering the Low Impact bundle. They go on to write that the current pre-sale prices end Aug 17th.The current prices did end on Aug 17th, but the presale is not over. SNM usually announces that the presale is over and that no more orders will be taken until after the pre-orders are shipped. They are making two points in this statement. I can see how someone who is new to a Cathe presale or someone who is reading the blurb quickly might misinterpret this announcement.

If someone ordered the bundle before the change in price (as a result of the announcement) than they got a better deal before the price changed. If they want the 10 dollar increase than I'm sure SNM will change their order. If they want the individual discs instead of the bundle than I'm sure they can cancel or maybe even change their pre-order.

I noticed that they refer to the individual disc prices as sale prices and not presale prices. 13% off seems to be competetive as an early offering.
