Longer, space-saving workouts?

Hello, all!

I recently moved into a new apartment, where I work out in my bedroom. The space I have limits me to workouts such as Supreme 90, Cathe's HiiT/BC portions of Intensity, lower body routines (LLB), some step, etc. I have been doing shorter workouts due to these space limitations. Can anyone recommend longer (45-60 minute) workouts that I can do under these circumstances? I don't have anyone under me, so jumping is not an issue (thank goodness).

Oh, and I'm an advanced exerciser, and love kickboxing, intervals, Tabata and more athletic-style workouts.

Thanks!
~Amy

Michelle Dozois Peak 10 Cardio (50 min of floor cardio) doesn't take up that much space.

I have Peak 10 Cardio Strength, which works. Perhaps I should invest in the cardio DVD.

Thanks!

Kettlebell workouts are so great for intense workouts in a very small space. They almost always have a tiny footprint. And one of the workouts on Lauren Brooks' Volume 2 DVD uses the Tabata protocal, although it's short. Some kettlebell workouts are very short, but many are longer (AOS, Iron core vol. 1 +2 etc.)

Boxing workouts like Michael Olijade's Aerospace workouts and Kelly Coffey Meyer's TLC are also great for a limited space - they essentially remove the travelling footwork and kicking from kickboxing videos, so they have a small footprint. You can always replace the jumprope in Olijade's videos with a ropeless jumprope or really light weights or just nothing at all if your roof is low or the rope takes up too much space.

As another apartment dweller, I like that Ellen Barrett's workouts are confined to an area the size of a yoga mat, but they're not as intense as anything else mentioned.

Jazzercise Dancin' Abs is a nice workout that takes up very little space.

Turbo Fire doesn't take up much space. Neither does Insanity.

Looks like I may need to invest in TF and Insanity now that I have new restrictions on my workouts.

Kelly's Circuit Burn is space conservative. I'd say it's int/adv in intensity.
