Well, based on the ones I actually do the most (in no particular order):

1. KCM Body Training
2. Tracie Long Weightless
3. Excercise TV Nichole Stewart Pilates Abs (10 Min)
4. Prevention Walk Yourself Fit
5. Exercise TV Stephanie Vitorino Perfect 10 (20 Min)

Those are my morning "can do that in my sleep" workouts, so nothing else comes close by number of times done.

Well, I don't have a TON of workouts, but these are the ones I do the most:

1. Cathe Low Impact Circuit (particularly the cardio timesaver premix)
2. Cathe LIS and HIS from 4DS
3. Cathe Cardio & Weights
4. Cathe Low Max
5. Slim Series Tone It Up! (If I had to pick one from the series. Love/hate the floorwork)

Hmmm... I really do use videos that are non-Cathe... these are just used the most. Two years ago it would've been all Firm BSS workouts.

Looking at my workout log, the 5 workouts that show up the most are:

Cathe STS Total Body
Patrick Goudeau's Lean Hot Body
Cathe High Step Challenge
Cathe High Reps
Slim Series Tear It Up

I run for cardio, so I rarely do cardio DVDs; but when I can't run because of weather etc, then I most often reach for Cathe KPC, Cathe BodyMax2, or TurboFire EZ55.

I still go at a slower tempo and take some breaks along the way
I like this one more for the bonus 15 min upper and 15 min lower body sections. They really work you out in just 30 mins

1. Karen Voight's Sweat from the original Sleek Essentials

2. Charlene Prickett's It Figures (OK there are about 10 or 12 of these)

3. KV Ballet BodySculpt

4. Barre 3

5. Jill Miller's Shoulder Shape-up

1. Firm Cardio Sculpt (with Allie)
2. Any Charlene Prickett low impact workout (love them all )
3. Slim in 6/Slim Series
4. Any Leslie Sansone workout (again, love them all!)
5. Denise Austin Shrink Your Fat Zones Pilates workout

I have others of course! But these are probably my all time favorites!
