^that^

I revisit them frequently, especially the FIRM and more recently, Cindy Crawford's first two workouts.

One of my first step tapes was with Marian! I did that thing over and over and over! I found it recently at a thrift store. It was fun to revisit.

It isn't really "going back" for me because I have continued to do them all along.

I figure if they work, why should I stop doing them. They've worked well for many, many years!

Absolutely. I hate to have workouts just languishing as the other thread calls it. For me my oldest are the Classic FIRMs, except for V3 (I couldn't take it anymore for unknown reasons that still puzzle me). I've had them since the mid-90's. I try to do them at least once a year. I never get tired of them even though they are way cheesy now, especially V1 (oooooh, aaahhhh).

I love the ones with Deborah Crocker - converted all of them to DVD.

I'm glad to hear people are using their older videos. If I loved them once, why would I not continue to love them. I'm itching to do a step video. I've been using my step for Walk It Out with Wii and it's just making me want a choreographed step workout. However, I can't recall of what I have that will be a good step one. Do any of you know? Oh, and have to add, I've ONLY been back to exercising for two months and I'm still quite heavy, so a beginner one, nothing advanced or even intermediate. Here's my list of exercise videos again:

Yes. I have days when I have no clue what I feel like doing, so I'll sit in front of my collection and every now and again something old catches my eye. I recently did Circuit Max - what a blast! And oh, this one was every bit as challenging as I remember. All in a good way.

Not only do I always go back to my older vhs workouts, I often find them better than most new dvd releases!

Barb S
who finds most vhs workouts have louder music and sometimes more creative moves than new stuff
