I think a combination of barre 2-3 days a week and either the firm express or KB workout 2-3 days would make a good combination. Especially if one of the barre days was a squeeze or P57 barre. You'd be getting a cardio, strength and flexibility.

Exactly what I was thinking of doing. I have been adding KB swings in after my barre workouts lately. I might go for a few barre and a few FE workouts each week.

WW ETools program. And I still use my Svaroopa blankets and yoga eggs in one way, shape or form almost every day.

- TA
- running with my Garmin Forerunner (I feel naked without my Garmin!)
- stretching after my long runs! (really helps with recovery and aches and pains
- mind-body-emotion "training/exercises" when it comes to food intake
- KB swings (always)
- iPad, Android phone

Note to self: add KBs and body-weight circuits to workout schedule

Can you talk more about mind-body-emotion "training/exercises" for food intake (or does it veer into forbidden diet conversation)? If you have any useful suggestions to help prevent eating for comfort rather than for hunger or habit, I would love to know.
