FIRM Barbell from the Classics/Crosstrainers

I thought I read here that Danskin had re-introduced their small padded barbell.

I don't think the Firn has sold their barbell in years. You can get a short barbell and buy a barbell pad for it (if those are sold anymore) or just buy that material used to cover exposed hot pipes. It has a slit along one side and you cut it to fit and slide it over the bar.

LOVE my Firm barbell. I've never seen anything quite like it. It might be the kind of thing that you could find on eBay or Craigslist, but they don't seem to come up very often.

You may want to contact Fitness Favorites. I know they were selling some of the original FIRM barbells a while ago though I'm not sure if they sold out or not. It's worth a try though....
